No, it proves I know what I'm talking about. You libs think business owners created jobs to provide income and benefits to people. That's not why anybody starts or operates a business. I've seen plenty close down or move out of state or country, and it's all because of one reason: They can't produce products as cheap as foreign entities can.
Oh, I thought it was because the One Percent are greedy.
The problem is, they've forgotten that if no one can afford to buy their products, they don't have a business.
Please.......we live in a country where our so called poor are mostly overweight, and they have cell phones. People can afford a lot of things, but when the option is there to buy cheaper things, that's what we do. That's why Walmart is number one and has been for some time.
You people on the left want to drastically raise minimum wage which of course would have a domino effect, strap them down with expensive regulations, tax them to death, and then expect them to stay in the country?
This kind of logic is why Democrats should never be in charge of anything again.
ray ray ray................. the phones are subsidized, & you bet a lot of the poor are overweight.
NOT because they really have a choice. the over processed crap on the grocery shelves is where you get more for less. a pkg of hot dogs goes a long way in comparison to fresh meat & a jar of applesauce costs a lot less than a pound of apples.
Oh please. You don't think I was ever behind that big 300 lbs ape with her five kids using food stamps before? It happens all the time where I shop. It's not rare that I see these clowns asking people in line if they can use their food stamps to buy their food, and the cash customer give them the cash in exchange for their food products back.
They are in line with flowers, greeting cards, perfume, cigarettes and alcohol, dog and cat food, pay for their own food with food stamps, and then whip out hundred dollar bills for their other items.
We are feeding the so called poor, and they are feeding their pets with their own money.
So how many meals does a pack of 10 hotdogs provide a family of five? Hot dogs are about 3 bucks a pack where I'm at, plus the buns and condiments.
As for phones, yes, they are subsidized, but not by government. You pay for those phones every time you pay your cell phone bill, because they include those costs to paying customers.
