Here's the latest turd in the "Russia! Russia! Russia!" deep state coup, folks. Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch asked the State Department to spy on Americans. It's sad that these goons don't even know that such behavior is illegal.

Government watchdog group Judicial Watch last week filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the State Department. The group believes prominent conservative journalists, public figures and those with ties to President Donald Trump were being monitored by the State Department in Ukraine under the direction of ousted U.S. Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch, who was appointed to her post by President Barack Obama.

"Judicial Watch has obtained information indicating Yovanovitch may have violated laws and government regulations by ordering subordinates to target certain U.S. persons using State Department resources," the watchdog group said in a press release. "Yovanovitch reportedly ordered monitoring keyed to the following search terms: Biden, Giuliani, Soros and Yovanovitch."

Specifically, Judicial Watch believes the following people were being monitored:

  • Jack Posobiec, One America News Network Host
  • Donald Trump Jr., son of President Donald Trump
  • Laura Ingraham, Fox News Host
  • Sean Hannity, Fox News Host
  • Michael McFaul, President Obama’s Ambassador to
  • Russia
  • Dan Bongino, Fox News Contributor
  • Ryan Saavedra, Reporter at the Daily Wire
  • Rudy Giuliani, President Trump's Personal Attorney
  • Dr. Sebastian Gorka, Former Strategist for President Trump and host of Salem's "America First" Radio Program
  • John Solomon, Executive Vice President at The Hill
  • Lou Dobbs, Fox Business Host
  • Pamela Geller, Political Commentator
  • Sara Carter, Investigative Reporter and Fox News Contributor

If true, is this not completely unconstitutional?

Nothing will be done.

This is the same Judicial Watch that was all up in arms about ISIS training camps in the US right?

The story I got was she was forced to stop after complaints. Now we just need the people who complained to testify.

I don't think so. What part of "Judicial Watch" don't you understand?

She was told what she was doing is illegal. I don't know if I would call that a "complaint."

Judicial watch, see the rights crazy group, now name a corresponding left group.
What's crazy about Judicial Watch? They have done more to uncover Democrat and deep state sleaze than any so-called "news source."

You don't think...you got that right

False claims about George Zimmermann protests[edit]
In 2013, Judicial Watch claimed that the Department of Justice under the Obama administration organized protests against George Zimmermann after the Trayvon Martin shooting; PolitiFact said that this was "mostly false" and that while Justice Department employees were sent to Florida, they "were sent with the idea of keeping the situation peaceful and calm, not to instigate or condone protests or violence."[29]

ISIS in Mexico scares[edit]
In 2014 and 2015, Judicial Watch falsely claimed that ISIS had set up camp in Mexico; Judicial Watch's claims were picked up by several right-wing news outlets.[30][31][32][15][33]

Murder of Seth Rich conspiracy theory[edit]
In 2017, Judicial Watch requested documents related to the death of DNC staffer Seth Rich; Seth Rich's death led to debunked rightwing conspiracy theories which alleged that Hillary Clinton or the Democratic Party had him killed.[37]

False voter fraud claims[edit]
In August 2017, Judicial Watch falsely alleged that 11 California counties had more registered voters than their estimated populations of citizens eligible to vote; the claims were picked up by outlets such as Breitbart News and Russian propaganda network RT (Russia Today).[38] Judicial Watch counted "inactive voters" in its tally, which is a list of people that California maintains of people who have been removed from active rolls after a mail ballot, voter guide or other official document was returned as undeliverable; California keeps such a list as a fail-safe in case eligible voters have been erroneously categorized as "inactive".[38] California Secretary of State Alex Padilla said Judicial Watch's claims were "baseless", and "bad math and dubious methodology".[38][39] When the Los Angeles Times asked Judicial Watch to share its analysis of voter registration in California, Judicial Watch declined.[39] Judicial Watch's voter fraud claims came in the wake of President Donald Trump's false claims of extensive voter fraud in California during the 2016 presidential election.[39]

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton has made alarmist claims about voter fraud, saying "We have all heard about voter fraud and the attempts by liberal media organs like the New York Times and Ivory Tower academics to dismiss it as a nonexistent problem. But is it real, widespread, and substantial to the point that it can decide elections."[40]

False claims about Trump Nazi billboard[edit]
In 2017, Judicial Watch falsely claimed that taxpayer money went into a billboard which depicted President Donald Trump as a Nazi.[41]

Your source claims this is false, but it provides no evidence. JW's source says the billboard was put up as part of a city funded Art Detour event.

THAT is the item you chose to argue against?

Did you miss the citation stupid?

Fact Check: Did taxpayers fund anti-Trump billboard in Phoenix?
The city documents include highlighted terms such as “Beatrice Moore” (the owner of the billboard structure) and “Art Detour” (the weekend-long, downtown Phoenix art-gallery event during which the billboard went up).

"Art Detour" was a city funded event.

A lot of indictments and even more lawsuits are on the way . They can't get away with what they've been doing.
