Democrats lying to judges should not surprise anyone. Judges expecting the truth from a Democrat are operating from naiveté. That is not the worst of it. A great many federal judges codify the lies when they know Democrats are lying. On the bright side, at least one judge got pissed off because Democrats lied to him:

A federal judge has issued a scathing rebuke to lawyers for the Obama administration in a case involving the president's unilateral immigration action. In an order issued Tuesday night, U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen, who had put a temporary hold on the action, not only refused to lift the hold — he also came very near to accusing administration lawyers of flat-out lying to him.

Lying is a way of life for Democrats; so it is beyond my meager understanding of the law why any judge believes that ethics will transform lying snakes into peacocks:

A federal judge ordered the Justice Department to send its lawyers back to remedial ethics classes Thursday after finding that the administration repeatedly misled the court in the high-profile challenge to President Obama’s deportation amnesty.

In the real world, everybody is avoiding the fact that Taqiyya the Liar did not have to look under every rock to unearth his own kind. The fact is that presidents do not search for liars —— liars lineup to lie for presidents regardless of their policies. Lying for a president means ironclad protection on top of political influence and income.

Turn it around and envisage how cautious liars have to be when they enter courtrooms knowing that judges truly believe:

This is the crux of Democrat liars. Socialism/Communism, theocracy, democracy, dictatorships, etc. give liars a nation of men not laws. The liars lie with impunity whenever they can wrap their lies in social justice and criminal cases. In the case of deportation amnesty the liars morphed a criminal case like illegal aliens into social justice for the public’s consumption.

NOTE: Priests moralize from the pulpit with no power to enforce their political views in this country, while Socialist priests do it with the wealth and power of government in their hands.

Finally, democracy’s traitors gave this country open-borders under the guise of democracy. Every average American who was brainwashed into believing that democracy is good thing because they can vote should take a closer look at what their votes bought for them to date.

To Fenton Lum: Do you know that the people voted for state legislatures before the XVII Amendment was IMPLEMENTED —— NEVER RATIFIED. Before 1913 US Senators were loyal to the their states.

And for the record, there is a larger percentage of senators in the pay of wealthy corporations today than there was before 1913, and they are far richer than the crooks who at least served their states and country.
