JUDGE: Those Allegedly Shot By Rittenhouse Can’t Be Called ‘Victims’ During Trial, ‘Rioters’ And ‘Arsonists’ Both More Accurate

What else do you call people that were shot by a guy but victims?

What do you call a person beaten senseless by a mob? That's what would have happened had Rittenhouse not been armed and he would be the victim instead.

You people keep overlooking one glaring fact: Rittenhouse did not initiate this confrontation. He was chased and then attacked and so he defended himself.

Don’t you know? White people being chased by an angry mob are supposed to get let themselves be executed.

If this was a black man defending himself against all white attackers the left would be singing a different tune.

What did we do before video? We investigated and we took witness statements. Video is nice to have but it's not required
Yep. And the prosecution will be parading out witnesses that will describe Rittenhouse's bad behavior earlier in the evening.

, I don't know if his presence was an illegal act
Out after curfew. The police were arresting people for it that night.

The defense will be allowed to show a video in which a police officer gives Rittenhouse a bottle of water and thanked him.

This is the last day of pre trial motions. Trial is expected to last two weeks. So far, it isn't looking good for the case the prosecution is trying to make.

It's up to the judge if he's going to allow that line or argument.
And the judge has already done so, in not dismissing the charges and in letting the trial proceed. The judge is already aware of exactly what the prosecution will argue. The defense, too.

You actually said who decides if he can be convicted based on the argument. And yes, that is now up to the jury. Not the judge.

At one point, the judge rebuked Binger for nonchalantly referring to acts of arson. “All we’re talking about is arson, we’re talking about being loud and disorderly,” Binger said of Rosenbaum’s conduct on the night of the rioting.

“I can’t believe some of the things you’re saying,” the judge interjected. “All we’re talking about is arson? Come on.”

Obviously prejudiced. Time to recuse. And even if he doesn't he just guaranteed a retrial because either side can use that as grounds to void the verdict.

The jury is likely rigged with BLM homos, like the Chauvin show trial.
I don't think so... Kyle had over 2mil in his war chest to put up a defense...part of that money can easily go towards a jury selection firm that will get him the best possible jury. The State will not be able to do as well. Chauvin had "union" representation...one that was oversold and underdelivered. Of course the policeman's union is politically opposed to his innocence. The fix was in for that one before the moment the video hit the news. He was just the scapegoat.
I seen ALL the video of the arrest. Not just the famous 20 second clip. There's no way he should have been convicted either...but the damage is done... maybe later when things cool down he can get a retrial and win on a technicality.
Claiming lawyer incompetence might work.
