You hallucinated all of that. Mueller didn't give the closing argument. The judge gave no such instruction. If you believe otherwise, quote the article saying as much.

There's a great case. Manafort openly agreed that the undisclosed foreign accounts were his. He claimed that he's not guilty because he was hands off financially and didn't know what was going on.

Alas, the paper trail says otherwise. They show Manafort *intimately* involved in his own finances, his taxes, personally lying to his accountant, his bankers, his loan officers. He arranged transfers from these accounts for 'loans' that he never paid back. With testimony from said bankers, accounts, loan officers and his own business partner backing all that up.

The former Watergate prosecutor has called the case a 'slam dunk'. All indications are that Manafort is fucked.
