Judge Smith's report concludes that President would have been convicted at trial

Special Counsel Jack Smith's report on former President Trump focused on allegations of criminal efforts to overturn the 2020 election results. Smith concluded that Trump knowingly made false claims of election fraud and used these claims to undermine the democratic process2. The report also highlighted Trump's alleged attempts to pressure officials, including the Vice President, to delay the certification of the election results. However, the case was ultimately dismissed following Trump's re-election, as longstanding Justice Department policy prohibits prosecuting a sitting president 1.2. pbs.com and newsweek.com

The truth is that Trump knows that he's guilty and that history will judge him accordingly. He may be in the White House for a few years, but he'll be a felon forever.

LOL, moron.

He wasn't even a legitimate Special Prosecutor.
For the sake of argument let's say that unproven assertion is true. Smith's legitimacy as a SC does not impact the evidence his investigation revealed. Yet the allegation has been used to attack his legitimacy as a SC. It's a form of character assassination. Which is all trump has to use as a defense since the facts proving his guilt are not in dispute and can not credibly be disputed.

I just wrote a paper stating USMB liberals are mentally ill.

Oh and yeah, my paper holds as much merit as this "report"

Someone is REALLY impressed with herself. Get back to us when you've been appointed as a "Special prosecutor".

Jack Smith's report has a whole lot more merit than any of the shit you've ever written.

Smith concluded that Trump knowingly made false claims of election fraud and used these claims to undermine the democratic process
Here's the problem with that: the good judge automatically assumes, like the media has repeated endlessly, that the claims were false. No such thing, but it has played well for you. The claims were never really examined no matter how many kangaroo court decisions you can come up with. It is too terrible a thing to address. It will never be addressed.

And now that Quid Pro Joe has shown the way, the President simply needs to issue a bunch of blanket pre-emptive pardons to prevent investigation and prosecution of anyone and everyone that could possibly have been involved in anything nefarious.

It's not an assumption. There is no evidence of outcome determinate fraud.

The thread is about trump's guilt or innocence based on the evidence Smith presents in the indictment. Not pardons.

I'm sure Trump is very concerned now that he is IN POWER and can correct the wrongs done to him by vindictive liars and assorted DemsKKKum vermin who were out to cheat their way back into POWER!! Damn THEM and their enablers and acolytes, Horse Hockey!!

Greg
You sound mentally ill.

Trump is deranged in office and breaking the economy.

Why do you call him "Judge Smith?" It sounds like something a Trumper would say sarcastically.

Your side lost, get over it.

The world's largest jury found Trump not guilty of any crime whatsoever. The fact that a New York petit jury convicted him shows how carefully that little judge selected its members, rather than showing Trump actually guilty of the charges.

No, they elected him President, Trump is wrecking the economy, which will lose him the House next year, and then heavy push back begins. His old age will be simply miserable.

The EVIDENCE would have shown that:

>>>>>>>>>>The evidence before the Court shows that voting machines are hackable and votes can be changed from one party to another in real time without leaving a trace of evidence<<<<<<

but in DC he would have been convicted anyway because he is Donald J Trump
