Special Counsel Jack Smith's report on former President Trump focused on allegations of criminal efforts to overturn the 2020 election results. Smith concluded that Trump knowingly made false claims of election fraud and used these claims to undermine the democratic process2. The report also highlighted Trump's alleged attempts to pressure officials, including the Vice President, to delay the certification of the election results. However, the case was ultimately dismissed following Trump's re-election, as longstanding Justice Department policy prohibits prosecuting a sitting president 1.2. pbs.com and newsweek.com

The report by Special Counsel Jack Smith stated that the evidence against former President Trump was sufficient to secure a conviction at trial. However, the case was dismissed following Trump's re-election, as longstanding Justice Department policy prohibits prosecuting a sitting president2. 1.2. pbs.com and newsweek.com

The truth is that Trump knows that he's guilty and that history will judge him accordingly. He may be in the White House for a few years, but he'll be a felon forever.

I just wrote a paper stating USMB liberals are mentally ill.

Oh and yeah, my paper holds as much merit as this "report"

Yep, he got away with quite a bit.

All that mentoring from mob lawyer Roy Cohn was worth its weight in gold.

And the flock cheers their hero.

Since when did you all make him a Judge?

Here is the problem. Hunter Biden was convicted. While I can condemn all of it, Democrats can not.

Progressives have destroyed the Judiciary of the United States of America with radicalism. Indeed, there are partisans on both sides and within them many that are drunk on power. It takes a strong person to stay within boundaries. Something at some point must be done about this. Judges not interpreting laws but seeming to make laws to counteract the will of the people. Many politicians consider the voters to be cattle.

If the govt and folks like Smith can’t prove their accusations in a court then it’s not getting away with things. It’s how are system works to protect the innocent from tyrantical govt regimes

He tried to get it into court, he was ready to go, the case was set, the evidence was in order, the witnesses were lined up, but he was stopped by Trump pet appointee Aileen Cannon, who obediently tossed out the case.

It's not surprising that you don't know that.

I get he tried, he failed, which happens when you have no case

After losing he comes out with this “report” to try and continue to undermine the president and the rule of law

Completely unprecedented, political prosecution
