Well, Trump's first experience with this in Minneapolis, Seattle, Portland, Trump did wait for two weeks before sending in the National Guard. By that time, the governors requested it because they were unable to control it. Billions of dollars of damage, many minority businesses were destroyed, dozens of people were killed during the riots and a lot more. Los Angeles just had thousands of homes burned down and now Democrats want more homes and businesses to burn down. Trump learned the first time not to wait. Last night, there was no violence at all. The laws are on the books that illegal aliens who have deportation orders can be rounded up and sent packing. Dangerous illegal aliens who rape, kill and destroy property can also be rounded up, have their day in court, and thrown in jail for their crimes and then when time served, deported. Trump is the Commander in Chief according to the Constitution. Not some butt ugly judge who assists lawlessness, crime and violence. The chaos was started by Biden allowing 21 million illegals in. That's where it all started. That was unconstitutional.

It's time for the DOJ to arrest this judge for treason. He's allowing for insurrection by illegals from other countries. The 10th Amendment actually gives Trump all the authority. The only leeway is that you can temporarily arrest someone who would otherwise flee, and then have their arrest validated by the court after the fact.

If they had been in front of judges who issued deportation orders, then they never would have had to have been arrested, since they would already have been in custody.
They would have been able to present their side.
And that obvious is not the case.
There have been many mistakes made that would then not have happened.
Like Kilmar, who had a judicial protection order in 2019, and was illegal to deport.
It is obviously illegal to arrest or deport those under DACA, Dream, have anchor babies, etc.
In fact, just having a citizen spouse is enough to legally prevent deportation.

There is NO evidence anyone crossed the border illegally.
They can cross anywhere they want if they are applying for asylum, and if they crossed on a tourist visa that expired, that is not a crime. It is just a civil regulatory violation.
And NO, missing a court date can get you arrested, but is NOT a crime.
You could be in the hospital or just forgot.
That is not criminal since it does not abuse the rights of anyone else.
And a crimes gets its authority only from those it protects from abuse.

The law gives states authority over the National Guard until a rebellion, insurrection, or civil war allows the president to request the governor to allocate the NG to him.
So the judge is correct and does not have to write or change any law.
