Don't wanna step on toes here but he is right, he probably should have said it differently but the right to be wrong or on the wrong side of an issue does not equal illegal nor should it...My biggest problem with the "sanctuary city" thing is that it is part of the PC problem in that it is done as much to be a political "stick in the spokes" of the right as it is to do something they are claiming is noble...its part of the "thinning out" of white America process they feel needs to be done to change the essence of the country...and I can't repeat this enough times, it is the white liberal agenda that needs this

And so, if you are correct an order to deport criminals and gang members out of Washington can be ignored by the states? I find that incredible, and if that is the case than conservatives need to vote with their wallets....no trips to Cali, starve them out since tourism is high on what keeps them afloat.

Still, I do find this highly disturbing that states can ignore. Does that mean if some states decide to ignore Roe V Wade, they can do that? If your assertion is correct, maybe the states on borders around these places should put up check points, just to protect themselves. The man charged with murder in the July 2015 slaying, Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez, was a repeat drug offender who was transferred to the city jail to face a marijuana sales charge after he completed a federal prison sentence for illegally reentering the country.

Because SAN FRAN is a "SANCTUARY CITY" and they harbor illegal immigrant felons and will not turn them in to ICE. They kept letting him back into the city after 6 deportations. Clearly, this was KATE'S FAULT.

Read the rest of the sentence. He was transferred to the city to serve the rest of his term as he still had local charges to serve time for.

Apparently they did not inform ICE when they released him deciding, instead, to release him into the city.

It's heinous. City politicians should be arrested and prosecuted. Are we a nation of laws anymore?

Have to ask the DA why they dropped the charges for a crime, in their City; after that person got released from federal prison but did not get deported, immediately afterward, since federal law in federal hands, is more supreme than Article Six.
