Judge hold trump in contempt for failing to turn over documents

You mean the may have felt 'left out'?
Kind of. I believe they fear that if they aren’t far enough out there to the extremes of leftardation, they may get left out, at the voting booth, by the NY voters who crave ever more leftardation.

Hey idiot . . . Trump turn over those documents yet? Nope? :auiqs.jpg:
Did Obama c/o Eric Holder when refusing to surrender Documentation
about Holder's Justice Dept. and Operation - FAst & Furious -.
No! Holder withheld from Congress key documents concerning the
nefarious Justice Dept. Operation.Using Obama's presidential authority
of Executive Priviledge.
I took until Spring of 2016 { Obama's last year in office } for him to
Comply with a House Oversight Committee subpoena upon a Judge's
order for those Docs.Where Obama and Holder relied on a Presidents
Executive Priviledge to prevent showing.
Ever heard of What Goes Around Comes Around.

No, trump...you are not King. That is $10,000 a day until you turn them over.

From your link:

"A New York judge on Monday held former President Donald Trump in contempt, and fined him $10,000 per day, for failing to comply with a subpoena requiring he turn over documents to investigators conducting a sprawling financial fraud probe for New York Attorney General Letitia James."

bolding mine

Trump isn't charged with any provable crime here so far and supposedly already sent documents earlier thus is more appearing to be a fishing expedition than a legitimate investigation.

Here is the 15 count indictment (July 2, 2021) made against Trump which means they supposedly have enough to try him in court instead they are still wanting more documents 9 months later.....

LOL.

His attorney has stated to that judge that they have ALREADY complied with his order. It sounds like someone told the court there were damning documents in specific file cabinets. Since there were no job-related communications that weren't digitally backed up, how is a judge going to prove such documents ever existed to begin with?
They want Trumps lawyers to prove a negative

You confused yourself again.

That is not the indictment they are subpoenaing documents for. That trial is scheduled for the fall.

Cute 'LOL", though.

That's nice. But my question does not assume that, so your sissy sidestepping remains sissy sidestepping.

Like I sad...I already know . So let's try this again. What about Trump committing criminal loan and tax fraud do you find hard to believe? Answer the question.
You are making an extremely baseless and biased assumption. Not until it is presented in a court of law and determined, one way or another, could I truthfully answer that question.
