There is nothing that stops the Trump Lawyers from writing a point-by-point rebuttal and turning it over to media outlets.

Volume 1 (J6) is the only one that is going to be released to the public as this point as the Documents case is still on-going and is currently at the Appeals court. The Espionage case is Volume 2 of the written report and the US AG says that is not going to be releaseed.

#1 Jack Smith doesn't "release" anything, he turns over his report to the AG.

#2 The AG has already said Volume 2 (Espionage Case) will not be released since there is ongoing litigation in the case before the 11th Circuit.
