Judge Blocks National Guard deployment to Portland

You clown, district justices making temporary rulings.
You’re not even going to consider the merits of a case?

Just deny. Deny. Deny.

That’s the cult. Doesn’t allow you to think for yourself.

To each his own, then.

I find the judiciary has way too much power.

I will not argue SCOTUS has too much power. The state judiciary may have too much power.

When Charlotte police ask for federal help to fight rampant crime, the NC judiciary should not be able to block it.

Now when Portland tries to block the National Guard being sent in to protect citizens because the local LE is not, it is the other side of that coin.

Some will claim fascism. But those same people loved the Fed mandating an untested experimental gene therapy shot. The same people who say MY BODY, MY CHOICE forgot that principle when it came to getting a “vaccine” that we were lied to about it being “safe and effective”. It was neither.

Surely you don’t believe that district judges are the end of it, do you?
Never said they were.

Are you capable of considering the cases noted in the article yourself? Are you capable of forming your own opinion and argument?

Or are you just obsessed with winning and losing?

The merits are decided at the appellate and higher levels.

Your sleight of hand is noted.

Whata chooch.
A typical MAGA, unwilling or incapable of thinking for themselves.

Why did you even ask?
Going full Bernie before you had your morning coffee?

Yes, but not to impede the lawful actions of the executive branch.
Even on the Supreme Court, it takes 5 out of 9 judges to override the authority of the President.

This is judicial over-reach and Trump will win at the SC and he should be able to codfy in Congress.

Congress are cowards. They now mostly wait for the SC before they legislate.

Congress has more power than they realize.

I tend to disagree, but you're right about Congress having more power. Than they pretend to realize might be a better way to look at it.

They had no problem legislating and going through the grass-roots challenges by district federal courts (which was the norm). After ()vomit, the conservatives, seeing an easy ride to the gravy train, jumped on... a la Lyin' Ryan and Mitt the Git.

Trump is attempting to force Congress to actually legislate in the way legislation used to be done... prior to the great influx of 'advisors' who did the work, paid the reps through hidden means... which is where both the Congress and Senate were, pre-Trump.

And it's getting better all the time. He's forcing them to codify. . . and they're doing it in bursts.

Right now, with the govt. shutdown, he's cleaning out the SES... and more.

Trump is engaging in certain actions on purpose to force Congress's hand. It's a strategy.
