And yes, we the absolute right to do that. The only Court reuired by the COTUS is the SCOTUS. And we can reduce that to one Justice if we want to. Which, I'd be all for.

The Judiciary, in all its forms, has proven to be a drag on the People. It was a good idea back in 1789 but it has run its course. Time to devalue it. Bigly.
