Your assuming there was something which would've been found during his background that should've sent up flares.

Ha ha ha you are not aware that Ramos for MONTHS stated on social media that he wanted to shoot kids up at a school and was detained briefly by state and school officials over Ramos making threats that he wanted to shoot up a school last year.
He had been talking about shooting up a school for about the last 10 months yet nothing was added to show that he was a threat to public safety.
