I disagree. There was a time it was not a matter of if another terror attack would occur, but when. I don't get that sense anymore, it's as if they've been wiped out very quickly and dramatically. This is a massive achievement, I even hear many of his detractors give him credit for that.

If only that was his goal. kerry managed to engineer a deal that GUARANTEES Iran a nuclear weapon in ten years. The money that they gave the iranians has been used to further their ICBM research so that when the 10 year sunset was reached they would then be able to make their bomb, AND have a method of delivery.
