'A State Department official focused on Ukraine policy told Congress this week he raised concerns about Hunter Biden’s role on the board of a Ukrainian natural gas firm in 2015, but was rebuffed by former Vice President Joe Biden’s staff'.

Deputy Assistant Secretary of State George Kent expressed his concerns that the younger Biden’s role in the company could complicate U.S. diplomatic efforts with Ukrainian officials, and raised the issue of a possible conflict of interest. He also warned that Hunter Biden’s position would make Ukrainian officials - especially the notorious Ukrainian criminal who owned the corrupt energy company that hired Hunter Biden to be a member of its Board for $50,000 per month - think he was a channel of influence to his father, who was vice president at the time.

During the Obama-Biden administration 'Kent spoke extensively about accusations of corruption linked to Burisma', noting it was a “big problem” as it relates to Ukraine.

"Kent had repeatedly raised concerns with the Obama administration about the company, specifically providing an example in 2016, when he raised concerns with the Obama administration’s USAID about dropping a planned event with Burisma. Kent testified that the event involved children, and he did not feel comfortable with photos of children in conjunction with Burisma."

Why would the Obama administration - specifically Joe Biden - be holding an official govt event for Burisma, the leading - and known corrupt - private natural gas producer operating in Ukraine, owned by a criminal Ukrainian who was known to work with Putin in the past?

How is it possible that the Obama administration - specifically / especially VP Biden - was involved with holding an official govt event for the very company his son worked for / on whose Board his son sat yet claimed to have no idea his son worked for them and never talked to his son about it?
-- How could there be photos of VP Biden playing golf with his son and other known Burisma Board Members yet Joe claims he didn't know what his son was doing and never talked to him about Burisma?!

WHY would the Obama administration - to include 'touchy-feely' Joe - hold an official event for Burista that involved using children / 'disturbing' photos of children that would cause a Deputy Director in the State Department to step forward and voice his concerns over it and advise against it?
