21 is established as adulthood for a reason. Persons under that age are generally in the care of adults. We can no longer tolerate clueless adults claiming they had no idea. Most liability cases are won or lost on “known or should have known” You can’t offer personal ignorance as an excuse.
So if he lives at 110 Smith Street charge every adult under roof with accessory to murder. This bullshit ends almost immediately after first incarceration.

I heard Biden make the comment on the radio. I couldn't believe it. There are approximately 39.5 million blacks in America. In the last few years, approximately 9,000 to 10,000 blacks have been murdered/fatally shot each year. That means a black person's odds of being murdered/fatally shot are right around 0.026, which is 41 times lower than 1%.
