I remember the late 60's and early 70's very well. They were predicting the next glacial phase back then. There is a reason they call these weather patterns "cyclical".... They repeat themselves over and over again. The pattern Mr Bastardi speaks of is very clear and it could very well be happening again.

Rivers froze here, from discharge from the mills....EPA had mandated some cooling to water before it was discharged....after that mandate, the rivers froze.
