In addition and one measure of success is who you choose to run the country with you. He chose well.

You also need to keep in mind that historians (people who are experts in evaluating presidents) voted for him as the 13th-16th best president of the US. That is neither great nor bad - it is middle of the road.

I can clearly see my overall cognition is not as acute as it was in like say…my late 20s when I really started by professional career. It is not POOR, but it is certainly not as good.

If one looks at a Joe Biden speech from the 1990s and compare it to anything from the 2000s on…IT IS CLEAR HE HAS SUFFERED SIGNIFICANT COGNITIVE DECLINE.
