The "sex education" that very young children learn is all about teaching them to say "No" if someone makes them feel uncomfortable. That they have a right to body privacy and to say "no" if someone wants to touch them.

This to keep them safe from predators. There is a whole class of child predators who go after very young children, because they're too young to testify against them. Years ago, we had one of these jerks in our town. He had a 4 year old son and was going after his friends who came to his house on "play dates". His wife issued the invitations, and helped him cover up the abuse.

He got caught when none of his son's friends would come over to play any more, and he started going after his 8 year old daughter's friends. They talked and they were believed.
