Jews: Would you take the Spanish/Portuguese offer?

And if so, how do you actually prove you are sephardic after all of these centuries?
 
Being Sephardic/Ashkenaz is more of a tradition nowadays.
The separation of Jews from various parts of the globe results in a plethora of variations on prayer.
My community is about 1/3 Sephardic.

My family can become Polish citizens and get a free college education.
If we wanted to spend a few years in Poland.

My experience growing up was at a latin american family's house in the the early 1990s, and me being told it was okay to eat rice during passover, because I was "sephardic" yet the only family history I know of is from eastern europe. But then again, maybe they came from spain. we're super swarthy.
