The implication being that if these 'other countries' are in favor of dissolving the Security Council, then the US could very well withdraw from the organization altogether, or, at the very least, de-fund it in all respects in which the US keeps it propped up, and kick it out offshore, and tell it go to its own merry way, without us.
Your inability to infer the glaringly obvious, and needing to have it spelled out for you, is not my responsibility nor my concern.

But let me straighten you up a bit. U.S. does not need to withdraw from the UN. U.S. just does not need to veto every time UN passes a resolution on Israel. Why should U.S. destroy its credibility for Israel?
