JD Vance Speaks Eloquently About The Assassination Of Henry Nowak In Britain.

Nonsense.
Tell that to all those people with lawsuits against ICE.

High-profile lawsuits against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) primarily focus on unconstitutional detention, inhumane facility conditions, and civil rights violations. Major ongoing and recent legal battles include: [1, 2, 3]
  • Camp East Montana Conditions (NPR Immigrant detainees sue over 'horrific' conditions at Texas ICE facility): Detainees at the massive tent encampment at Fort Bliss, Texas, filed a federal lawsuit in May 2026 alleging severe medical neglect, physical violence, and inhumane living conditions. [1, 2, 3]
  • Baltimore Hold Rooms (Maryland Office of the Attorney General Attorney General Brown Files Lawsuit to Force ICE to Turn Over Records for OAG’s Civil Rights Investigation into Reported D.): The Maryland Attorney General filed a federal lawsuit in March 2026 to force ICE and DHS to comply with subpoenas regarding dangerous and unlawful conditions in Baltimore holding cells. [1]
  • California City Detention Facility (ACLU Court Cases | American Civil Liberties Union): Filed by seven detained individuals in late 2025, this lawsuit targets civil rights and Rehabilitation Act violations at Kern County's privately owned facility. [1]
  • Unlawful Detainers (ACLU Court Cases | American Civil Liberties Union): Landmark cases like Gonzalez v. ICE challenge the agency's practice of issuing detainers against U.S. citizens and individuals without probable cause determinations. [1, 2]

This is why Vance will be a difficult challenge in 2028 if he runs. He is outspoken on the issue of cultural harm of Europe and he speaks as Trump would have at his age. Trump is now more bombastic while saying the same things.

My opinion of Vance was forged the day after his debate with Walz. He soundly defeated him with tact and a grasp of the issues. I knew already of Rubios forte in the intelligence world from hearing him in the past.

A Vance/Rubio battery would be difficult to defeat and their willingness to be blunt, especially in the face of allies who are capitulating to Chinas global plan is both admirable and necessary.

The Chinese are executing the same plan for the West the Soviets had (divide and conquer, misrepresent what the alternative to capitalism and democracy will be, influence media and politicians etc) but they are exponentially more effective since greedy companies, particularly the tech fools in California handed over their own IP. Simply astounding.

We need to wake up, lead by America. Spare no resources in calling out allies who do not share U.S values. Many of them are compromised. The worst are the "elites".

I agree, a Vance Rubio ticket would be hard to beat. They're both highly intelligent and can clearly articulate their ideas. I see no one in the Democratic party who comes anywhere close. Another advantage they would bring to the country is that they can do everything they do without the irritating, bombastic behavior of Trump.

Tell that to the lawyers who work on a contingency basis.

It's done at least weekly in the US by ICE. The US is not a free nation; this website doesn't practice freedom; we all have limits and laws.
In Canada we have a Charter that is ignored. In California and New York you have issues, no question. Ditto for places such as MN, or cities such as Chicago or Philly. In general though, the U.S is exponentially more demanding of accountability of authority.

You have a Constitution, you have a Bill of Rights and you have pro-bono requirements of lawyers in many states. I could only dream of having a top notch lawyer represent me out of pro bono and their belief in justice and truth. I admire such lawyers.

What they did to Trump was beyond a disgrace. Trying to charge him hundreds of millions of dollars for a private loan? Unheard of. THAT is a problem you need to clean up in corrupt places such as NY.

Ultimately though, the state has an obligation by law and the unwritten social contract between them and citizens. You can dislike people, even hate them. You MUST NOT weaponize the state out of this hate. You must not operate against the wishes of American citizens

This is why the GOP not agreeing to a fund to allow those abused by the state is a major lost opportunity. The fact that they would not sign off on this is akin to them not wanting to defend your border under Biden.

Trump has some libertarian and even progressive views which the American People more and more embrace. He picks his spots. Declassifying weed or allowing those who were abused by the Justice System resources. These are policies which if Obama or Biden promoted would have been celebrated, because Trump does it the MSM is afraid that their positions are being exposed as Trump is not a hard ideologue.

The old Neo-Con and their MSM protective guard cannot continue. Your citizens will not stand for it, especially the younger generation. They embarrass themselves when they do not use logic and Judeo-Christian principles and instead look to control and even suppress citizens.

Can anyone imagine a GWB or Obama giving a lecture to the Brits about the racism and injustice they showed to a white British citizen?

All citizens must stand up to injustice regardless of race, colour, creed, gender, political ideology. If this kid had been black or Muslim my position would have been the exact same. This kid was treated like a farm animal while his murderers were allowed to watch the death via the slaughter as the state assisted them. Wittingly or not, there was no logic applied, it was all about appeasing some artificial quota and forced mandate regardless of the facts on the ground.

Top-notch pro bono attorney, that is a myth.

Pretty desperate for you Platner groupies.
Don't you just love it when Trump degrades and humiliates those second-class citizens called women?

You must, since you blindly support a man in office who evidently hates women...
Donald Trump has a documented public history of using language that critics, political opponents, and media analysts describe as demeaning, insulting, or humiliating toward women. His behavior frequently draws widespread public scrutiny and sparks heated political debates regarding his rhetoric and treatment of women. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Key Categories of Public Controversies
  • Attacks on Female Journalists: Trump frequently targets female reporters who ask challenging questions. In specific exchanges, he has called reporters "dumb", "stupid", "obnoxious", and "terrible". In other instances, he has told a female reporter to "keep your voice down", and remarked that a reporter had "hatred in her eyes". [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
  • Insults Based on Appearance: Trump has a history of publicly criticizing the physical appearance of women who oppose or criticize him. He famously used terms like "fat pigs", "slobs", and "dogs" to describe certain women. During the 2016 primary campaign, he publicly insulted the appearance of primary competitor Carly Fiorina. [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • The "Access Hollywood" Tape: During his 2016 presidential campaign, a 2005 audio recording surfaced in which Trump made vulgar boastful comments about using his fame to kiss and grope women without their consent. Trump later apologized for the comments, dismissing them as "locker room talk." [1, 2]
  • Targeting Political Rivals and Critics: Trump has frequently targeted female political opponents and legal adversaries with highly personal rhetoric. Notably, his repeated public broadsides against writer E. Jean Carroll led to a high-profile civil lawsuit in which a federal jury found him liable for sexual abuse and defamation. [1, 2]

And since when do MAGATs believe what women say?
