CBS Margaret Brennan whines about refusing Afghan refugees - JD Vance tells her I don't care

The Afghans in question were US friendlies... Yep, the ones that were helping US soldiers on a daily basis who were assured their safety...

Well Fucking done... Stephen Miller got his way and US screwed over these guys who fought and worked side by side with the US Military for years...

Well fucking done... Good luck ever getting local cooperation again..
Bden had four years to bring them home. He didn't.

Along with a bunch of other stuff regarding vetting and mass deportations. He also discusses inflation a bit but mostly the other stuff that I just mentioned. I honestly believe that he would make a great man to become president and follow in Trump's footsteps. JD Vance 2028. 😁

I like teh Tatum.
Vance knows. I'll vote for him when/if the time comes.
He nails it down after around 10 minutes in.
Black Americans are American.
No, illegals cannot have the same status as black Americans, no. :nono:

Well that didn't happen. All he did was prove he doesn't understand it.

There was so much though that Vance missed or passed on saying, such as:
  • When she was grilling him about when would prices be coming down - I would have told her: "Margaret, did you ever think that had you been asking Joe Biden that very question over the past four years, you wouldn't need to be asking me that question now?! We've only been in office now for just four days!" I would have told her that obviously there is a certain amount of latency in economies and that just as the hottest time of day is the afternoon instead of high noon, you have to pump relief into an economy for a while first before it begins to respond and come down.
  • And when Vance was talking about birthright citizenship of visiting immigrants and Margaret said that we were a nation of immigrants, I would have pointed out that EVERY nation at some point in their history is a nation of immigrants, but that this is not 1896 anymore and at some point when you are 36 trillion in the hole you have to be a little more selective and intelligent about welcoming further immigration that it actually add to the economy rather than adding further to the burden and the debt. I mean, in 1896, it was in the nation's interests to take in tradesmen, scientists, engineers because we needed a ton of them to build cities, highways, bridges, etc., but today, it is not in the best interests of the citizens here to take in a huge influx of unskilled labor because, while it might be a good thing for THEM to come here, you have to weigh that against whether it is in the best interests of America and it is not--- America simply cannot be responsible for trying to solve the problems of every other country by taking their problems off of them and at some point, other countries must try to solve their own problems themselves because that is the only way they will ever learn to do it.
Frankly, I would have told her to shut up and let me finish answering questions rather than constantly interrupting or criticizing, that I've never seen her so contentious interviewing someone from the democrat party, and that having invited the VP here, if she thinks she has more and better answers than me, I'll be happy to just shut up, move aside and let her do all the talking or even leave. Vance showed far too much patience with her rudeness to suit me.

I've sat for four years watching the dumbest interviews with Biden and Harris and no matter what, neither of them were EVER interrupted, questioned or criticized much less corrected in anything they said. In fact, the last time I saw such rudeness was during the second debate with Trump with NBC during the 2020 election.
