I disagree. She met with him without going through the proper channels. I view this as a prelude to a similar relationship that the President has with Putin and Jong-Un. It's unhealthy and premature.

To speak about policy and vision is appropriate but to suggest that al-Assad has not murdered or practiced genocide is irresponsible, problematic and naive on her part.
