He was talking polls since his exact words said he was talking about public opinion.

The polls dont need to flip flop. Trump started out with the lowest poll numbers of any modern president and has seen a dramatic slide in those numbers last week to 51% disapprove up from only 41%. Americans are concerned about the economy and the irrational actions of the government.

Likely will fall again this week... aka collapsing.
