His woke company may be in for a big fall if Elon doesn't buy it.
If it turns out he walks away because they have been lying about how many fake accounts they truly have, they could face some serious legal jeopardy.
But, amid pressure recently, by supporting Elon Musk in his bid to buy the company and his call for free speech, Dorsey is stepping aside immediately.
