Yeah, and it took Obama 20 years to pay off his student loans.
And yeah, McCain's support of the bailout sealed the deal for me.
I said I was going to vote for McCain unless he supported this "bailout" bill. It seems they all want this thing. So true to my word. I have decided that I will write in my daughters name for president. She will get one vote for president. I've also come to the conclusion that no matter who wins this thing, they are going to be a one term president. The next president is going to have a real shit storm to clean up, two wars, 700 billion dollar bailout, plus a a huge debt load. high energy costs. I don't see McCain or Obama doing anything but paying bills the next 4 years. So it all boils down to the best bill payer.
The man went to Columbia and Harvard. Those arent the most inexpensive schools in the nation. Its not like the guy has made millions of dollars until the book.
Seems McCain has sealed his fate with many by supporting this bailout.
What's sad is that Obama didn't seal his. Neither of these two should be elected, but while I'm willing to admit that about McCain, Obamabots will never admit it about Obama.
which is why i will still vote for McCain/PalinWhat's sad is that Obama didn't seal his. Neither of these two should be elected, but while I'm willing to admit that about McCain, Obamabots will never admit it about Obama.

I am going to give him a chance to change his stance, but he better be convincing.
what is there to admit? the country is in financial trouble js.... if we were willing to foot the bill for a war of choice why the hell shouldn't we foot the bill to keep families and small businesses afloat? at least that's an investment in our future and we're guaranteed of getting most if not all the money back according to the bill I read.
So if he came out and opposed it NOW, you'd believe him? No wonder you people support the guy, as long as he swings his opinion your way, he's a fucking saint. I still can't forgive him for his church affiliation, but you must have bought that one hook, line, and sinker.
You're one of the main advocates bitching about the cost of the war, but now you want us to waste even more money fixing something that can't be fixed?
Way to fail.
