Arrest the ones that are out on the street and charge them with assaulting Federal Officers. Get them into Federal court and hit them with max time in prison if they don't give up their leaders. Hit the leaders with a RICO case and threaten them with max time in prison as well if they don't give up the money behind Antifa and then charge those financing these riots with max charges as well.
