When I saw the thread title, I thought of the famous curse - "may you live in interesting times".

But then

1. We really are but a tiny speck in the universe.
2. America and the world have been attacked by monsters in the past and we've survived. Millions will suffer and/or die because of our last election but the tiny speck will go on.














Third thing: Ironic that the ones who will bear the worst of drumpf/Rs power are the very ones who voted for them. Those who will be hurt the worst are the children and grand children of those who voted for this debacle.


Which brings to mind yet another maxim -- Be careful what you wish for.

LN, from trump to the gippers are minor blips, really, in American life.

The crazy admin can't seem to get anything done.

AHCA is an example: the freedom caucus is in an uproar in the House, and Paul and Cotton and five other GOP senators saying the AHCA has no chance in the Senate.
