Who cares? He was an illegal deported to his own country where oddly enough you claim he has never been. Not with the autism tattoo. I was responding to the idea that gang members are identified by tattoos and do not need due process to refute that notion.
But apparently any tattoo can be a gang tattoo if you want it to be.
There’s no evidence Garcia is in a gang.
Has he appeared before a judge?Your hero will have due process in his country of origin.
From the Attorney General Herself.I'm curious where you got this information.
You know that Trump has been sending Venezuelans to El Salvador, right?Who cares? He was an illegal deported to his own country where oddly enough you claim he has never been.
Who needs immigration laws when democrats can open the borders and import illegals with criminal records. But you'd expect the guard to admit it if it were true?
Who needs courts when you can just have the cops declare people criminals, right?
Garcia has no criminal record. Asylum is a real thing. We aren’t all assholes like MAGAs.Who needs immigration laws when democrats can open the borders and import illegals with criminal records.
Not my monkeys and not my circus. If the president declares someone to be a gang member, do they have a chance to refute that allegation or is the president judge, jury and executioner?
No doubt that discarding civil liberties makes most people safer. Not my monkeys and not my circus.
But apparently the El Salvador President is a hero to his people. They love him. He has done lots of good things for his country. His people love and admire him.
I doubt he is innocent. However when the SCOTUS votes unanimously to return this dude, the president should pay attention. He needs them in his corner.I will note that the extradition treaty is not the best vehicle for this.
Garcia has not committed any crimes for which the treaty requires. But this is a miscarriage of justice if he's innocent and being held without cause.
Has he appeared before a judge?
So you don't know? I thought you said he'd get due process. You should email Venezuela and make sure they follow the laws you want to impose on them.
Of course. Deport illegals, close the border, deport violent gangmembers and such.He made his plans very, very clear.
From the Attorney General Herself.
Precisely.I doubt he is innocent. However when the SCOTUS votes unanimously to return this dude, the president should pay attention. He needs them in his corner.
Flushing toilet makes everybody safer. I don't give a rat's ass where the shit goes after that.No doubt that discarding civil liberties makes most people safer.
Is that what you want?
Evidently you did, but didn't know it.This whole case is asshattery of the highest order. Bring the guy back home, man.
I didn't vote for this shit.
Venezuela has decided not to return their citizen. You may wish to get the democrat’s human smuggling syndicate involved. With enough taxpayer cash, the cartels can probably gust him out of prison.I doubt he is innocent. However when the SCOTUS votes unanimously to return this dude, the president should pay attention. He needs them in his corner.
Your hero is home. This whole case is asshattery of the highest order. Bring the guy back home, man.
I didn't vote for this shit.
I trusted him to obey the rule of law. I see now that trust was woefully misplaced.Evidently you did, but didn't know it.
