It's Official: Bukele will NOT Release El Salvadoran Citizen Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States

Not with the autism tattoo. I was responding to the idea that gang members are identified by tattoos and do not need due process to refute that notion.

But apparently any tattoo can be a gang tattoo if you want it to be.

There’s no evidence Garcia is in a gang.
Who cares? He was an illegal deported to his own country where oddly enough you claim he has never been.

You know that Trump has been sending Venezuelans to El Salvador, right?

But you'd expect the guard to admit it if it were true?

Who needs courts when you can just have the cops declare people criminals, right?
Who needs immigration laws when democrats can open the borders and import illegals with criminal records.

If the president declares someone to be a gang member, do they have a chance to refute that allegation or is the president judge, jury and executioner?
Not my monkeys and not my circus.

But apparently the El Salvador President is a hero to his people. They love him. He has done lots of good things for his country. His people love and admire him.

No doubt that discarding civil liberties makes most people safer.

Is that what you want?

I will note that the extradition treaty is not the best vehicle for this.

Garcia has not committed any crimes for which the treaty requires. But this is a miscarriage of justice if he's innocent and being held without cause.
I doubt he is innocent. However when the SCOTUS votes unanimously to return this dude, the president should pay attention. He needs them in his corner.

You should email Venezuela and make sure they follow the laws you want to impose on them.
So you don't know? I thought you said he'd get due process.

He made his plans very, very clear.
Of course. Deport illegals, close the border, deport violent gangmembers and such.

Yes, I'm quite well aware of that. But deporting people who haven't committed any actionable crimes by mistake and without due process? I didn't vote for that. I trusted Trump to carry out the process in good faith. But what I see is blind disregard for the rule of law.

Venezuela has decided not to return their citizen. You may wish to get the democrat’s human smuggling syndicate involved. With enough taxpayer cash, the cartels can probably gust him out of prison.
