The autism tattoo was on a Venezuelan man that Trump deemed a gang member and sent to El Salvador.

You were referring to Garcia, were you not?The autism tattoo was on a Venezuelan man that Trump deemed a gang member and sent to El Salvador.
Are there two Kilmar Abrego Garcias illegals who were deported, one who was born in El Salvador and another who has never been there? What are the chances?!No, this is a different person.
I’ve never seen a photo of Garcia with any tattoos anyway. Have you?
Which is exactly what Trump was elected to do.For whatever reason, he was granted legal status while his proceedings were going on. Deporting him interrupted those proceedings.
I didn't elect him to interrup due process willy-nilly.Which is exactly what Trump was elected to do.
Garcia isn't facing criminal charges in the US.But that's a lie. El Salvador has an extradition treaty with the US, signed in 1911 and amended in 2000. It allows for El Salvadorian nationals to be extradited back to the US if they face criminal charges.
Not every case is the same. Not every illegal comes here simply for the sake of taking advantage of us, some are actually fleeing violence and hardship in their home countries. If someone legitimately needs asylum, and our government decides it will deport them in the middle of their proceedings, what does that say about us?Allowing illegals to stay and get benefits while lengthy legal processes were supposedly ongoing is what has allowed Biden's flood of illegals to overwhelm our services and skyrocket our crime.
Yeah, I acknowledged the treaty was an incorrect method.Garcia isn't facing criminal charges in the US.
Not with the autism tattoo. I was responding to the idea that gang members are identified by tattoos and do not need due process to refute that notion. You were referring to Garcia, were you not?
I've made several trips to South America....it doesn't make me an expert. But it also doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the rules there either.Yes, thank you for your in depth knowledge of tattoo culture in Central America. Clearly you’re an expert on this.
Do you think having that tattoo means he’s a member of a gang?
Separation of powers. And the Trump administration violated that withholding order because they felt like it.
Court orders mean nothing.

Ah, I stand corrected. Carry on then. Not with the autism tattoo. I was responding to the idea that gang members are identified by tattoos and do not need due process to refute that notion.
But apparently any tattoo can be a gang tattoo if you want it to be.
Mean nothing to this administration. They are power. Nothing else.Separation of powers.
Your hero will have due process in his country of origin.A man Trump deemed a gang member based on the presence of that tattoo and has now been shipped to El Salvador to rot in prison without due process.
did i say the guard said that?.....and im sure that the cops in that country know exactly who the gangsters are since they have been terrorizing their society for decades....Oh, I don't doubt that you can increase safety in a country when you abandon civil liberties and protections.
If we got rid of the 4th through 8th amendments most people would probably be a lot safer too.
It's just hilarious that you think the prison guard would tell a reporter that they lock people up without trials or evidence. That's pretty naive.
Democrats are taking a neo-colonialist stance toward a brown leader of a brown country.I've made several trips to South America....it doesn't make me an expert. But it also doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the rules there either.
And having that tattoo?
He is definitely a gang member and a domestic terrorist. The President of El Salvador has said so. I'm a nobody that knows better than to argue with certain successful people. He being one of them. He is laughing at American Democrats.
Which means they will have issues with foreign policy when they finally get a successful candidate.
But you'd expect the guard to admit it if it were true?did i say the guard said that?.....and im sure that the cops in that country know exactly who the gangsters are since they have been terrorizing their society for decades....
Separation of Powers.
If the president declares someone to be a gang member, do they have a chance to refute that allegation or is the president judge, jury and executioner?I've made several trips to South America....it doesn't make me an expert. But it also doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the rules there either.
