It's Official: Bukele will NOT Release El Salvadoran Citizen Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States

"How can I return him to the United States? I smuggle him into the United States? Of course I'm not going to do it. The question is preposterous," Bukele said. "I don't have the power to return him to the United States. We're not very fond of releasing terrorists into our country.

"To liberate 350 million people, you have to imprison some. That's the way it works,” Bukele told Trump.

Imprison some and also kill some. That's because for every hundred people who yearn for freedom, there is one who wants to take away that freedom through violence and greed. Should the one hundreds submit to the ones, because the ones don't shrink from violence and the hundreds are not willing to do what has to be done to stop them?

It reminds me of something that happened in my early years of teaching. I showed a social studies class a video of a movie about George Washington crossing the Delaware. The one with Jeff Daniels as Washington. In a scene in which Hamilton entered a farmhouse with Hessian mercenaries, some blood spattered on the wall. Some of my students were shocked, and I had not expected that.

I told them, "look, I wish you hadn't seen that. But you should know this: Alexander Hamilton founded a great banking system that was instrumental in the United States turning from an agrarian country with little influence to the most powerful nation in the world. But before he could do that . . . he had to straight up toe-tag some people."

Sorry, but that is stupid.
Bukele clearly is the only criminal here, running torture chambers that are in total violation of international law and have no due process at all.
You cannot defend anyone if you imprison people without hearings.

Due process.

He’s had two deportation hearings, a host of restraining orders applications heard before judges, and G-d know how many bail hearings, also before judges.

This guy couldn’t be more processed if he were a Kraft Cheese Slice.

No, the president of the United States invited Bukele to enter the country.

Kilmar broke in. His very first crime in the U.S. was his first step into the U.S.

He got more violent after that. Praise Allah that the judge from whom his wife asked for a restraining order did not believe he was innocent.

Which criminal charges is this man facing?
Doesn't matter if there are criminal charges or not.
For example, a witness can be extradited as well.
The point is that it was illegal to deport him to El Salvador in the first place, and it is NOW illegal for El Salvador to incarcerate him without a hearing or conviction.
So it is Bukele who is in violation of US law, and then under the extradition treaty, it is Bekele who must be extradited to the US for prosecution.

So, just curious. What do you think about Leticia James' fraud charges?
Here is a post of mine on it from earlier today's thread on the topic

I've had several mortgages, and the first mortgage was with my husband to be, about a month before our wedding, we bought our new home. There was not a spot that said HUSBAND....it was his name and my maiden name, as people applying for a mortgage....his income/debt and my income/debt that they used to qualify us as non married people, jointly buying a house. I'm uncertain where it says "husband" on any mortgage form? So, I am suspicious of the claim that she checked saying her father was her husband somewhere on the mortgage form....

And the article said they bought two homes together, one in 1983 and one in 2000.....25 years ago on that last one.
How do you know she and her dad did not live in that state when she and her father bought it? Was she working for the State of New York in a position that required her to be a citizen of New York when she bought it with her father 25 years ago?

And if it was her and her father's purchase, if he lived there as his permanent residence, and she did not....the purchase of the home by her and her father listing as a primary residence is actually okay, if one owner lives there as a primary residence.

So, me thinks this inquiry will go nowhere and is simply political Lawfare by Trump and his cronies....but if, a big IF, she did do something illegal, have at her!!!

But in the deportation hearing, the court found in his favor, that he was eligible for asylum and US citizenship.
However you are wrong about bail hearings.
Not once was there a bail hearing for him.

Sure, LOL. I've bought homes and never claimed my mother was my wife. Also, I have never claimed a commercial property as a residence to avoid taxes. SMH, you lived up to what I've expected from you---a cultist who is not interested in justice as long as it is in opposition to your politics.

Wrong.
Bukele is in violation of international law for running torture facilities.
Kilmar came in under US law that provides for asylum from abuse.
That is identical to the Miami Cubans who were allowed to become US citizens.
Coming into the US illegally is NOT a "crime".
It is a "regulator infraction", with the same connotation as a parking ticket.
And the wife rescinded the restraining order, so he is "innocent".
Restraining orders do not imply guilt either.

Wow.

Every single sentence above is a deliberate lie.

Told by you, or told by the media and gleefully swallowed by you.

There is no document that requires anyone to state their relationship when buying a house together.
There is absolutely no document the government can request to show whether a property will be owner occupied to commercial. The only one who cares about that is the bank, since commercial rates and down payments are higher.
There are no taxes avoided by a residence vs a commercial property.
In fact, it is perfectly legal to buy under the assumption of it being owner occupied, and then the next day to decide to live somewhere else and rent it out.
Your concept of what is legal or illegal is entirely false.

Wrong.
I know the law and can back up everything written.
Pick any point you want, and I can easily prove you are wrong.
And you have to know that since obviously the prisons in El Salvador are run illegally and that alone provide sufficient legal justification for anyone from El Salvador to apply for and be granted asylum in the US.

The board is full of this today. Trolls out in force.

The only times Kilmar faced a judge, he was found to be in compliance with US immigration law.
The only time he was taken into custody was when he was denied due process in court.

What I know is that you are full of shit. Your claim Hamilton had to kill people to establish our financial system is beyond ignorant.

But he's not a witness either. Extradition treaties cant be used to just force a country to send one of their citizens to another country just because. El Salvador isnt required to send one of their citizens to the US so that our courts are satisfied we checked all the boxes in our system.
