Guns are never the problem....whose hands hold the guns is where the problems arise.

Israel has gun rights and have had two school shootings since 1970.

Guns are never the problem....whose hands hold the guns is where the problems arise.
The hands that hold the guns are those who are completely immersed in a culture of continuous wars and killing with guns.

Michael Moore made that point yesterday.

The answer of there being too many guns, could perhaps be set aside for the purpose of giving his idea some consideration.

And then, the spinoff of his idea would start to solve the obvious problem of too many guns!

Far, far fewer Americans would be running out to the gun store to grab an AR or a handgun before the stores close for the night!

Note: you need to see 2Aguy's compromise of a DATABASE hon!

How is it that I walked into my middle school in 1982 at 11 years old with a deer rifle for show and tell for my communications class? I even loaded and unloaded it in front of the class and teacher and received an A.
Excellent point!
Maybe the culture of the gun has changed. You weren't there sending the message that your gun was meant for killing people.

Even though you created a very unsafe condition that could have ended in an accidental death of a child.

How would a child be received by the school if he brought his black AR15 to school and attached a fully loaded 30 round magazine to it?

Don't detract for 2A's idea of a database.

The same people who scream "get rid of all the guns!", are the same people who cheer the loss of the nuclear family, enjoy violent music and cheer on the divide of their society by race, religion or any other demographic. To them, "it's only my problem if there is money to be made (climate change, abortion, gofundme "fight racism funds", massive security apparatuses etc.)

It's easy in time of extreme anger and outrage to blame the weapon of choice, it's also very lazy and disingenuous.

It's a complex problem, but start with the social and how people view each other. The more some divide, the worse people are and the easier it is for them to justify destroying innocent lives.

It has nothing to do with guns.

If your grandmother was holding a gun, would you fear here shooting strangers???

She might off you.....but that would be a public service shooting.

The problem is people who believe as you do, in genocide, in shrugging at the murder of innocent human beings.

Remember when you excused Mao's slaughter of 75 million Chinese folks????

As is the case for all of you Leftist savages, enemies of humanity, slaughter and genocide is met with a shrug.

You were praising mass slaughter as the way to improving the economy of a nation….

It Has Become A One Question IQ Test

Crawl away, you disgusting excuse for a human being.

I know a former teacher who said the same thing, he brought his rifle to high school, the rifle team.

There's no such thing as a "gun culture."

Exactly so.....I'm gonna cover that in this thread.

No no, I was teaching gun safety and how to properly load and unload a rifle so no one would get hurt. The point is that it isn't the gun. It's our culture and the depravity that they're unleashing on the children. Those rancid seeds beget rancid fruit.

The attitude has been advanced by Americans and it's been adopted too.

This lack of sanctity of human life is being demonstrated in America with ever increasing frequency.

The left/progressives are every bit to blame as the rest of America in my opinion hon!

2A's advancing of the idea of a DATABASE is a start at least!
