It’s gotten harder to lose weight and not for the reasons you think
There is data in the journal Obesity Research & Clinical Practice which shows that it is harder for our generation to lose weight than to our parents and generations before them. We eat more meat, more sugar. Big food corporations add unhealthy ingredients in order to attract consumers by flavor and increase profit. They are who make us obese, they are who don`t allow us lose weight.

So, you are unable to take any personal responsibility for your obesity?

As always, it's someone else's fault.

Good article. The bodies cannot process the unnatural food products they put on the shelves today so it goes into fat cells as storage containers which retain water. The GM Yeast also builds up along with all the other fake foods and eventually the human body hits overload capacity and eventually starts crashing.

If we were all personally responsible for the commodified food supply, we could do that.

We ain't.

As always, it's :lalala:

This series of programs is an excellent examination of the obesity trend for those sincerely interested in such a critical examination, rather than one-line snarks on a message board consisting of empty rhetorical calories. It's in two parts, requires a time investment but well worth it.

This is another interesting article about what's happened to wheat.

...it was when big agriculture stepped in decades ago to develop a higher-yielding crop.

May I refer you to US Message Board - Political Discussion Forum

The American farmer is the single largest destroyer of environments and ecosystems in this country.

So what does the EPA do? They go after the very industry that makes even the most basic of farming methods possible - fossil fuels.
