I have a hankerin' for one, and NOT from Subway. Wanna make it myself, but never really tried to do that. So..I looked it up. Came up with this recipe and thought I would give it a go.
No ham, or capicola. Instead of provolone, smoked mozerella. Got everything else though, according to the recipe.
