Joey Xi is trying to speed Breyer's retirement. If there's any ethical breaches, it's in the racist choice of a Black woman to the Supreme Court. It probably won't last that long. First off, a record number of judges refused to retire of leave while Trump was President. Hundreds waited for him to be gone.

Breyer retiring is welcome news because it provides a rare opportunity for lawmakers other than Republicans to put someone on the court who doesn’t resemble a villain from The Handmaid’s Tale.
