It was a question stated clearly for you to understand. A judge takes an oath to the U.S Constitution. If he is not following the U.S Constitution and is creating a path for the jurors to indict Trump than at whose behest is he doing this?

We saw the same silencing of Trumps defense by Schiff during the impeachment after he outright lied about what Trump said. These actions should not only be despised by any American who believes in the rule of law, people who engage in it should be punished. NONE of these actions are on the level. Why not?

Some have even suggested the entire "Russia, Russia" fiasco started to worry Putin about Americas intentions against Russia. She received 10s of millions from foreign governments in her Foundation. Outright "America is for sale". Then she had her unprotected server in her possession which may have lead to the death of U.S spies for all we know, especially since so many in China went dark. She bleached her hard drives for what reason?
