It was BARRY who refused to allow the US military to strike ISIS' mile long military convoys through the desert towards Iraq before they were ever allowed to make it inside of Iraq, allowing ISIS to freely waltz in and begin seizing territory and cities our military had already liberated at great expense.

It was BARRY who refused to allow Coalition members to strike ISIS Black Market Oil Production facilities and assets, which funded 50% of ISIS' terrorist activities - like the Paris terrorist attack, the worst attack on France since WWII. The day before the attack Obama bragged how he had ISIS 'contained', only for them to give him the proverbial finger the next day while carrying out the deadly Paris attack.
