This same logic can be applied in the actions of the United Nations (UN) in their bad faith by actively supporting the Islamic Resistance Movement (HAMAS) against the lawful and recognized State of Israel. HAMAS, including Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, has been designated an international terrorist organization by the European Union. It means that officially speaking, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) and the International Criminal Court (ICC) are "aiding and abetting" a known terrorist organization (from inside the EU) and can be held responsible for facilitating the organization to commit a crime.

Eventually, the Judges and Prosecutors of the ICC and the Leadership of the UNRWA will be held accountable for the misfeasance and malfeasance under the color of authority.
