Gaza exports $32 million worth of fish and agricultural products annually (2022). They fish. They farm.

Israel only controls access to Israel. The people of Gaza can get permits to travel through Egypt from Egyptian authorities with no interference with Israel.

Anything the people of Gaza want can be imported through Egypt.

If Gaza wants to be treated as a state, it needs to start acting like one.

BTW, I've seen (and posted) YouTube videos of the IDF shooting at their fishermen and farmers. They are trying to pull in their fishing nets and one of your gunboats opens up on them with a .50 cal machine gun. You can see the bullets bouncing off the water.

Another video shows them trying to harvest their crops and you can hear the IDF taking pot shot at them from the road.

How would you like someone to shoot at you while you are fishing?
