Israelis Now Bombing Rafah Designated "Safe Zone" Where Civilians Have Been Pushed

The Mandate did not give Israel the entire area.
Of course it did. There was no one else. The Mandate is explicit. The customary law of uti possidetis juris is explicit.

But I'll play. Who were the other recipients of the Mandate for Palestine? What documents outline the BORDERS between these various recipients?

Neither does Israel. In 1948, Palestinian-Arabs were the majority land owners. But because of Zionist terrorist groups, you drove out 750,000 Palestinians off their farms.

If I was President, I would **** you people up! I would send in the marines and drive you fuckers back to your own territory.

In 1948, Palestinian-Arabs were the majority land owners.

Baloney. At most they owned 1-2% of the Mandate land.
The Jews bought much more land than the Arabs did.

This just goes to show how f%&ked up the application of international law is when it comes to Israel (read: Jews). The claim is that Israel didn't inherit the entirety of the territory of the Palestinian Mandate in 1948, but only some. But in order to determine the borders between what Israel did inherit and what Israel did not inherit, you have to time travel forward to 1967. Oh there they are. It's such a level of bullshit, it defies comprehension. It's an appalling denial of not only international law, but reality. Israel - the only country in the world where international law relies on science fiction.

The indigenous Palestinian-Arabs that were living there before you fuckers moved into the area. You can't move into an area and automatically have more rights than the people already living there.

The Palestinians have sovereign territory in Gaza, the West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Golan Heights
How and when did the Palestinians ACQUIRE that territory? What document delineates Israel's sovereign territory from Palestine's sovereign territory? Prior to 1948.

(Also, the Syrians will be surprised about the Palestinians having sovereign territory in Syria).

I AGREE (more or less) with your moral argument. I am FINE if you want to argue moral solutions to the conflict. It's your LEGAL argument which is incomprehensible.

What the **** did I tell you? Palestinians have been living in that area for generations and they have rights.

You fuckers just moved there at the beginning of the last century. They are natives, you are settlers!

Did Jordan acquire land in the '67 war? No they did not. End of discussion!
Did Israel initiate the 67 War? No, they didn’t . End of discussion!!
However, Jordan Did ANNEX the W Bank in 1950; ASSHOLE

Do you do this on purpose? :spinner:

you really need to have your facts checked. I could start talking about the Jews of Hebron being expelled and butchered in the early 1920s and how the Arabs took over their homes and re0-invented history.

I could talk about just how many Jewish relics were found underneath Arab villages over the history of the conflict.

But I guess you won't let a minor things such as FACTS change your view of the evil "Israeli settler", now would it?

Jews aren't natives in Judea?
Hamas is underground but Israel destroyed everything above ground. Killing thousands of innocent civilians including children. Dumb Joe Biden lovers support this.

Why is there is not one bomb shelter for the citizens of Gaza anywhere?

Again, I AGREE with you.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. Now you are just getting silly. The Jewish people are clearly and obviously indigenous to their own homeland. You dig, you get Jewish history. You can't be settlers in your own homeland.

You really need to clean up the internal consistency of your argument.
You have said that Israel obtained sovereignty over PART of the territory in 1948. Which part? Who obtained sovereignty over the other parts? What document delineates the two (or more) parts? How do we know where one part ends and the next part begins? (Without the time travel).

Which buildings had entrances to the tunnels?
You really love Genocide Joe.

This is the part that Billo_Really likes to pretend isn't real when he argues that you can't take land by force.

Jordan and Egypt had no claim to sovereignty over the territory of the Mandate for Palestine. Jordan and Egypt TOOK the territory by FORCE, and they are NOT, by law, permitted to keep it. (And, in fact, they didn't. Both Jordan and Egypt withdrew their claims to those territories.)

The glaring question on the table is who those territories were taken FROM in 1948. There is only one possible answer. If it was not Jordan, or Egypt, or Lebanon, or Syria, who was it? Only one other state existed at the time. Israel. Which means, that in 1967, Israel recovered its own sovereign territory. There is NO occupation, as a state can not occupy its own territory.

Why does this matter? Because it changes the entire framework of the conflict.
