They are Palestinian expatriates living in an Area governed by the Israeli Civil Administration, just as there are about 150,000 American expatriates living in Israel.

How many of those 150,000 American expatriates living in Israel had their land stolen by the Jewish State's separation wall? How many of the 600,000 Israelis living in Area C are there in violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention's prohibition against transfer of civilians into an occupied territory? Pbel, have you ever considered how the Muslims have gotten all that land in the Middle East when most of these countries were basically inhabited by Christians before the Muslims left the Saudi Peninsula and forced people to convert, killing many who refused.
