Palestinian Attorney Noura Erakat: The U.S. Is Normalizing Apartheid by Hosting Israel's President
※→ P F Tinmore, et al,

I remember when Yassar Arafat was hosted at the White House.

Last July (2022) President Biden met with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.

(REBUTTAL)

President Biden does not have a coherent plan or the ability to implement a workable plan that leads to a solution in which the various Hostile Arab Palestinians (HoAP) would agree with and disband (
a peaceful solution). The White House can't offer anything that will coalesce the combative hostile factions (a half dozen or so).

And each time you use the word "apartheid"
[Article 7(1j) • Rome Statues] or the phrase "Israeli Apartheid" - you never mean. This is an allegation you make (as well as Noura Erakat) that Israel is involved in the institutionalized and systematic oppression and domination by one racial group over any other racial group or groups and committed with the intention of maintaining that regime. [See Article 7(2h)• Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC)]. Nor have you ever defined which set of International Civil and Political Rights are being violated. (See: International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (CCPR)]. Show me an international arrest warrant.

Is there a RED Notice out on any Israeli for a violation of the Rome Statutes? (NO!) On the other hand, there is a "War Crimes" warrant out for Russian President Vladimir Putin:

This video (provided by PF Tinmore) is wrong in so many ways.

(REFERENCE)

Article 22. Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court
Nullum crimen sine lege

  1. A person shall not be criminally responsible under this Statute unless the conduct in question constitutes, at the time it takes place, a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court.
  2. The definition of a crime shall be strictly construed and shall not be extended by analogy. In case of ambiguity, the definition shall be interpreted in favour of the person being investigated, prosecuted or convicted.
  3. This article shall not affect the characterization of any conduct as criminal under international law independently of this Statute.
Article 7
Crimes against humanity - Para 2(h)
"The crime of apartheid" means inhumane acts of a character similar to those referred to in paragraph 1, committed in the context of an institutionalized regime of systematic oppression and domination by one racial group over any other racial group or groups and committed with the intention of maintaining that regime;

Is Israel Guilty Of Apartheid Against Palestinians?

(COMMENT)

The video alters reality.

Once again, our anti-Israeli Friend (P F Tinmore) the Apartheid Law applied to a single sovereign nation that is suppressing and dominating one racial group over another. (Israel is many times more diverse than either the West Bank or Gaza.) The sovereign territory of Israel is not suppressing or dominating any particular racial group. Nor does Israel suggest any intention of doing such in the future. Ask any Israeli about minorities serving in the Government. There are more minorities serving (civil servants and military) in the Israeli services than there are Jews serving in the governments of Ramallah or Gaza.

It should be noted that the Palestinians agreed to Become a state unto itself. That state, whatever its boundaries, does not include the Sovereignty of Israel. And much like the boundary between the US and Mexico, Israel is entitled to protect it sovereignty from Hostile Arab Palestinians.

Anti-Israelis and those that support the designated terrorist organizations of the West Bank and Gaza only demonstrate how they publish deceptive information in the hopes it deceives the outsiders. And one must wonder how many West Bank and Gaza Strip Palestinians want to come to the United States given the chance. How many times have the Palestinians been offered to participate in a self-governing rule?

REMEMBER: Israel assumed control over the West Bank in 1988 when the Jordanian Government abandon their sovereignty. The PLO did not have a provisional government. The West Bank went from being Israeli Occupied Sovereign Jordanian Territory to an ungoverned territory occupied by the Israelis. It was never really Palestinian territory until the Palestinians agreed to the Oslo Accords. And in the time since the Oslo Accords (≈ 30 years), the Arab Palestinians have yet to assemble a government other than a quasi-Dictatorship.
