◈ Key EXCERPT #1
contraband • Contraband of war consists in goods the carriage of which in neutral vessels, a belligerent is considered, in classical international law, to be entitled to penalize on grounds either of their intrinsic utility to an enemy (e.g. arms and ammunition, sometimes denominated absolute contraband) or of the presumption of their utility which is to be derived from the fact of their hostile destination (e.g. means of transport, fuel, or foodstuffs consigned to the enemy government or forces, styled conditional contraband).

◈ Key EXCERPTS #2
Recalling its primary responsibility under the Charter of the United Nations for the maintenance of international peace and security, noting the significance of small arms and light weapons as the most frequently used weapons in the majority of recent armed conflicts and emphasizing that the excessive accumulation and destabilizing effect of small arms and light weapons have a potential to endanger civilians, including women, children, refugees, internally displaced persons and other vulnerable groups,
Recalling with concern the close connection between international terrorism, transnational organized crime, drugs trafficking, money-laundering, other illicit financial transactions, illicit brokering in small arms and light weapons and arms trafficking, and the link between the illegal exploitation of natural resources, illicit trade in such resources and the proliferation and trafficking of arms as a major factor fuelling and exacerbating many conflicts,
Emphasizing that the illicit trafficking in small arms and light weapons can aid terrorism and illegal armed groups and facilitate increasing levels of transnational organized crime and underscoring that such illicit trafficking could harm civilians, including women and children, create instability and long-term governance challenges and complicate conflict resolution,

Define contraband weapons.
(COMMENT)

Those that advocate violence as a dispute resolution solution - are simply wrong.

Those that suggest the Jihadist, Fedayeen Activist, Hostile Insurgents, Radicalized Islamic Followers, and Asymmetric Fighters have a "right" to initiate armed conflict are simply wrong.

Why is it that I always have to provide you the definitions and answers, when they are equally available to you as they are to me.

I don't see defensive weapons in there.

SUBTOPIC: Defensive Weapons (NST)
※→ P F Tinmore, et al,

There is no such thing (NST) as a "defensive weapon." There are weapons in defense. When a weapon is deployed and used (whether you are a police officer or a Special Weapons release authority) it is the use of deadly force and it is assumed that you intend to kill your target (lethal outcome) if it is exercised.

There are such things as "non-lethal" but, that is an entirely different conversation. [ Lots of "IFs" and "THENs.]

I don't see defensive weapons in there.
(COMMENT)

Designated Jihadists, Fedayeen activists, Hostile Insurgents, Radicalized Islamic Followers, and Asymmetric Fighters attempting to hide or shield weapons that will later be used against the Israelis in violation of Article 68 of the Fourth Geneva Convention.

Then there is the question of those Palestinians:

◈ that voluntarily and deliberately physically block or impede an attack on a military target and may also include civilians who shield a military target in such a way as to undermine the physical capacity of the attacker to “identify” or “destroy” the object.
◈ who deliberately and voluntarily position themselves in or near a military target to protect it from attack (through use of their legal immunity from attack), but who do not physically hinder the attacker’s capacity to identify or destroy the target.
◈ who deliberately and voluntarily remain to intentionally sacrifice themselves as victims of Israeli aggression for media value.

The use of contraband (illicit) small arms and light weapons (SALW) that fall under S/RES/2220 (2015), ESPECIALLY IN THE CASE OF THE JENIN CAMP, has a "destabilizing effect and the potential to endanger civilians, including women, children, would be refugees, internally displaced persons (pretenders) and other vulnerable groups."

There was no name-calling there at all. It is a fact readily at hand. Criminals, both international and domestic, often claim their innocents. Article 51 applied to member nations.

The Hostile Arab Palestinian (HoAP) has absolutely no authority to conduct offensive terrorist attacks to secure any territory for which they have no sovereignty. And don't give that lame response that sovereignty is in the hands of the people. That is simply trusting the definition under International Law.

EXCERPT: From Encyclopaedic Dictionary of International Law.
sovereignty ‘Sovereignty as a principle of international law must be sharply distinguished from other related uses of the term: sovereignty in its internal aspects and political sovereignty. Sovereignty in its internal aspects is concerned with the identity of the bearer of supreme authority within a State. This may be an individual or a collective unit. . . . In international relations, the scope of political sovereignty is still less limited [than that within a State]. Political sovereignty is the necessary concomitant of the lack of an effective international order and the constitutional weaknesses of the international superstructures which have so far been grafted on the law of unorganized international society. . . .

You have to be critical, even in your fabricated truth. Where does the HoAP have supreme authority of a State?

I will take Desmond Tutus at his word, he sid it's an apartheid State, he should know he lived in one, these days its also a Fascist state.

“I know first-hand that Israel has created an apartheid reality within its borders and through its occupation. The parallels to my own beloved South Africa are painfully stark indeed,” he wrote in 2014 in a call for the Presbyterian general assembly in the US to back sanctions against

Its nothing to do with liking jews, its an apartheid state end of story, they also supported the South African Nazi regime, quite a few of the ANC resistance were jews, so that argument just won't wash.

It has everything to do with not liking Jews and it isn't an apartheid state, end of story. An empty claim that it is has no legs.

The Palestinians in Palestine have the right to sovereignty as the UN has affirmed in multiple resolutions. The Palestinians are the sovereigns of their territory.

But who cares about international law when you have the guns?

The Hostile Arab Palestinian (HoAP) has absolutely no authority to conduct offensive terrorist attacks
Since the 1970s, there were ambivalent efforts through the UN General Assembly to develop normative frameworks to confront terrorism per se, which often came unstuck on the controversial issues of “state terrorism” and liberation movement violence.
