You seem to be arguing that the newly formed States can not be founded on territory outside their smallest historical territorial boundaries, even over a long 3000+ year history, and FURTHER that they may not be permitted to LIVE outside those boundaries.

I don't do religious arguments for modern States and international law. The principle of self-determination is a modern concept and many factors influence the exact territorial boundaries of an emerging self-determining State. Preventing the "presence of Jews" in any territory in the world is discrimination, apartheid and, ethnic cleansing.
