To be fair, I've had Molotovs thrown at me and it's not pleasant. Usually you can see where they're going to land and get out of the way so they're more frightening than lethal, unless you are really, really unlucky. Properly trained and disciplined troops tend to treat them as just another nuisance in the way of getting the job done.

Judeah and Samaria is an important ancestor's inheritance. However, I think that this time, they should invested more in the still bleeding southern communities instead of wasting energy in J&S so shortly after the war. Priorities are different now.

Like I said, this is proof Likud doesn't want a two-state solution. It seems as if their plan is annexation at this point.The Israeli government condones and supports this insanity.

If you want a two-state solution, about 40-50% of the settlers will have to be relocated on the other side of the green line. The remaining settlers will have to live under Palestinian sovereignty which Abbas and some of the more religious settlers are amenable to. If people want to live close to Cave of Machpelah, for example, they still can. Places like Ariel will have to be dismantled simply to draw up agreed upon borders.

I've also stated that I think the Israeli policy of supporting settlers is ultimately a form of national suicide. It also dawned on me this is a way for the Israeli leadership to get rid of the lower economic classes inside the green line like the Mizrahim and some of the Jews from ex-Soviet countries.
