Isn't Transvestite Swimmers a States Rights Thing?

Good point. Eastern Michigan University competes with schools in Ohio.

I can't believe this isn't settled. I believe Republicans don't want it settled because it's a great wedge issue. I hear it a lot. They're SHOVING IT IN OUR FACE. Or WOKE.

I don't take any politician seriously if they talk about this. This is just a social wedge issue and we have a lot more important thing but boy does it work on voters huh?

You see how much Republicans have spent on anti gay adds? Like $20 or $50 million? Crazy! Over nuthin

Trump's on tranny's side here

Donald Trump OK With Caitlyn Jenner Using Any Bathroom in His Tower

Key two words "His Tower". Nuff said.

Transvestite, transgender, transsexual... they are not all the same thing and the terms are not interchangeable.

Sorry, I gave all my fucks away at the last event.

.

Aren't women's rights a federal thing?
Apparently not..... When it comes to our right to make our own medical and personal decisions... that's up to the individual state legislatures....every state gets to be different, and treat each woman differently, depending on which state she happens to be standing in....different in every state she may move to.... that's seems pretty crazy to me..... but that is what the SC gave us in Dobbs, and following that reasoning.... :dunno:

What about in public? Isn't HIS tower in public? So the owner of the building doesn't get to decide who they discriminate against can they? I guess they can.

Tennessee A law banning "male or female impersonators" from public spaces, including Pride parades, was blocked by a federal court order in March 2023. The court ruled the law unconstitutional due to its vagueness.

  • Texas
A law banning "sexually oriented performances" in the presence of anyone under 18 was blocked by a federal court order in September 2023. The court ruled the law unconstitutional and a violation of the First Amendment.
  • Montana A law restricting performers who adopt "flamboyant", "parodic", or "glamorous" personas from public places where children are present was blocked by a federal court order in July 2023.
  • Florida
A similar law to Tennessee's has been temporarily blocked.
  • Other states that have attempted drag restrictions include Arizona and South Dakota.

Despite the varied opinions among Americans, a 2023 NPR-PBS NewsHour-Marist poll found that 58% of Americans oppose laws that would impose restrictions on drag shows or performances.

Isn't Transvestite Swimmers a States Rights Thing?

Not the own you think it is.
Like abortion, as soon as states start to end it you shit stains will loose your minds over it.

Why is Trump running on a issue that should be discussed at a state level?

  • State laws
State legislatures pass laws that impact their state residents, and some states have been at the forefront of LGBTQ equality. However, state-level attacks on LGBTQ people have increased since 2015.

If the Federal Government or Supreme Court ruled you have to let Trannies in the bathrooms they want, I bet red states would fall back on states rights. Well, why is Trump talking about Trannies in bathrooms? BTW he said Bruce Jenner can use any bathroom he wants in any Trump building. Isn't that interesting?
its a mental issue,,

So you're saying businesses can't set bathroom policies for their establishment? I know for a fact they can. And your deflections are irrelevant to that topic.

I'm seeing your point. I'm just pointing out Republicans are going too far discriminating against gays. According to all the Supreme Court rulings on the subject. You're being unconstitutional.

Gays have the same rights as every one else, they always have.

They couldn't marry each other. So stop saying stupid things. Fact is, you only pick on them because you lose very few votes doing so and you get guys like my brother all riled up because they're "throwing it in his face".

I keep telling him it's Republicans throwing it in his face but he can't see it. He's a Not See.

And? They still had the same rights as everyone else. There is nothing in the Constitution or our nation's history that would make faghadist marriage a right, the screwed up SCOTUS decision notwithstanding. Scalia's decent was spot on. And they are throwing it in our face, you can't watch TV without faghadist on full display in much larger numbers than they represent in the population.

That's irrelevant, abortion never hurt me either, obviously, I'm here. And harm isn't the concern, unelected judges inventing rights that never before existed in this nation, out of thin air, is the concern. There's a constitutional process to do things like that, but you commies know an amendment like that would never be ratified, should it escape congress, which is highly unlikely.

In a sane world these freaks would be arrested for indecent exposure and voyuerism the moment he walks in the women’s locker room.

In a sane world this freak would be facing ten fathers on his way to the meet threatening to beat him within an inch of his life.

Do you not realize these Supreme justices use the constitution the same way evil preachers used the Bible?

Why do you think they ruled the EPA is unconstitutional? Duh

Sure it’s a States rights issue.

Until the School bans trans in woman’s sports and private spaces, then loses Federal funding. Then, not so much.

This is a political wedge issue. One republicans don’t want solved because then they can’t use it.

95%, including Kamala, don’t think transgenders should compete against women. Let’s sign a bill.

It would be important to you if you had a daughter competing in High school or college sports

So why did her administration try to force school districts to require boys be allowed to play on girls teams?
