I swear fo God I have not watched the video and tried as long as I could not to inform myself on this event to see how it would turn out.

As I expected, there are millions who believe the wrong thing, i.e. that the kids were in the wrong.

I didnt know for sure until I decided to gather the best assessment, some days later (today).

There are people (inspired by or actually Jihadis) who craftily seize upon news items they can modify to help confuse America in order to nurture a false, anti Conservative, anti American and anti Trump narrative.

And they are doing so under 1st Amendment protections.

The Constitution is like a battle tank on the battlefield which needs supporting infantry to do its job.

We are the Constitution's supporting troops but we do little to protect the Constitution.

How long before the enemy destroys the Constitution at this rate?

I am living capitalism. I was working three jobs for a while there trying to pay down my medical debt because we are the only country in the world that doesn't promise it's people free health care. I had to deal with an underwater mortgage because the bankers destroyed hou sing values. I've lived all the capitalism I can stand, and it's really time for something better.

That said, this thread is about living in terror of people on the other side of the planet who have a different religion, who keep fighting us when we invade their countries.

There are enemies of America who are encouraging as many of us they can, to see ourselves as victims.

And when we fail to succeed in this system the enemies of America encourage us to blame the system and if we are still in a state of arrested emotional development, where OUR concerns are the centers of our Universe, we wont care about the country.

All we should be concerned with, in their cynical calculations and according to our infantile expectations, is what is good for us.

And if some in America have never succeeded in life, an attraction to the Left's sales pitch is understandable.

You may be an idiot, but take heart! There are a LOT of other idiots just like you.

And if you band togrther, the nonsense you believe on your own and the blarney we feed you will never be wrong as long as you have enough other morons propping up whatever lies or half truths or myths or any other silliness that keeps you loyal to their cause.

Guy, this is where you are a little confused. We had already hit the sweet spot some 50 years ago when 30% of the workforce was unionized, the rich paid their fair share, and we had a strong vibrant economy because we invested in infrastructure and education.

And then the Republicans messed that up. They used your fear of "the other" to get you to bust your unions and give tax breaks to the rich, so we are all working second jobs or driving Ubers or selling our stuff on Ebay to make ends meet.

So when I see one of you guys wearing a MAGA hat, I realize none of you understand why America used to be great, how we lost it and how Trump is just more of the same in concentrated form.
