I've never had it -- vegan or "normal". Is the real stuff even safe (parasites)?That was excellent. Btw I haven't seen that textured soya protein here where I live. But that reminded me of when I was in Mexico. My roommate sometimes bought that and she made ceviche out of it, and it was SO flippin good. It tasted the same and had the same texture as "regular" ceviche, because the flavor is in the seasoning and all the other ingredients. I should try to find that .... maybe in a Latin market, and recreate that ceviche.![]()
